Products purchased from XINKEBOT are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of three/six months from the date of original purchase.
 
Warranty Period
· Metal frames: six (6) months from the date a new product is first delivered to the original end-user after being purchased.
· Parts: three (3) months from the date a new product is first delivered to the original end-user after being purchased.
 
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover physical damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, or sustained from improper handling during shipping as well as normal wear and tear in use of product.
It also does not apply to accessories (including filament spool holder) or consumables (including heated bed surface).
 
*This warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.
